This discovery stage gives you the information you need to move forward in a strategic way that leads to fully incorporated, lasting change. We will do an assessment based on your stated problem or project area. This will uncover your teams’ readiness to engage in transformational change and your understanding of where anti-racism is (and is not) core to your work. Together we will identify where you have areas to grow.
Discovery Phase services include:
Two hours of initial planning meetings
Two hours of project time to address any immediate needs
Board knowledge/understanding assessment
Policy and budget planning review
Complete report of findings
